Getting to Know You!
We would like to include a short video on your candidate profile to help clients get a sense of your personality, on camera presence, voice inflection, and overall tone before meeting you. Please complete the task below!
Task to Complete:
Please create a video answering ONE of the following questions.
What is your favorite way to spend a free Saturday with perfect weather and no plans?
Tell us something you are really passionate about. This could be something fun, a personal trait, an organization or mission, or a theory.
What is something small that makes your day better every time?
If you could instantly master any skill, what would it be and why?
What is a hobby or interest you enjoy outside of work?
Video guidelines:
This video will be shared with potential clients who are considering you as their virtual assistant. Have fun and allow this time to reflect who you are!
Keep your video around 1 minute and no longer than 1.5 minutes.
Record using a laptop webcam, not a phone, through Vimeo or a similar platform.
Sit at a desk with a clean and uncluttered background and good lighting. Avoid background noise such as pets or traffic.
Dress professionally with a top that has short sleeves and a high neckline.
Most importantly, be yourself. We want clients to get a genuine sense of who you are beyond your resume.
When you are ready to submit your video, please save it to your computer and ensure it is titled appropriately.
